The Stay Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Pattaya on the relatively quiet soi 10, just a 2-minute walk from Pattaya Beach and 2nd road. All the popular nightspots are close-by: Soi Diana, Soi LK Metro & Soi Buakhao are within an easy 10-minutes stroll while Walking Street can be reached in a 15 minutes slow paced walk.
Hotel is modern and quite nice, rooms are spacious and well maintained, beds and pillows are are a little firm but still comfortable, all the usual amenities were provided: flat screen TV with lots of English TV choices, in room safe, mini bar, reliable wi-fi, plenty of storage space, air-con works very well, Great shower. Most of the rooms face Soi 10 and have a big balcony with a coffee table and 2 chairs overlooking the street. Staff extremely polite and helpful, very easy with overnight guests, good security. Facilities include a pool area on the rooftop with a plenty of sun-beds around and bar service making it a an enjoyable place to relax at or nurse a hangover. I’ve noticed prices have gone up a bit since they got the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence but still a decent value for money.
