The LK the Empress has a brilliant location just opposite the beach and at most 10 mins walk up to Walking Street right in the middle of all the fun Pattaya has to offer, definitely the best of the 21 hotels of the LK chain in Pattaya with an over-the-top flamboyant Victorian decor. The prices are little higher than the other but the facilities are top notch throughout: Pool, gym, restaurant, staff,etc. My Deluxe Jacuzzi King Bed was spacious and cosy with high ceilings, the ornate decor creates a sense of opulence while it might not be to everyone’s tastes, maybe even a little Liberacé but I loved it. Beds are heavenly, good selection of channels on the TV, great big bathroom with jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower, small kitchenette area with: fridge/freezer, microwave, plates, utensils, etc. and a balcony where you can sit back and relax. While the flamboyant decor might not be to everyone’s tastes, I personally loved my experience at LK the Empress. This is their most recent and best hotel of the LK Group
The bed and pillows were good very good to me, had many nights of good sleep here

I found out the best is just to fire up the Jaccuzi before going out so it’s ready for later
Swimming pool is found on the 3rd floor and has lots lots of beds and umbrellas
You can’t get any nearer from Pattaya Beach, the LK The Empress is just in front!
For the health nuts there’s also a Fitness room just besides the pool

On the nightstand you have the A/C & room lighting control
The gold plated wardrobe offers ample space for your clothes
Inside of which you’ll find a modern electronic safe
with plenty of room your my laptop, phone, wallet,etc.
The Flat-screen TV has a very good selection of around 100 channels to chose from
The room minibar packs a decent amount of space for your drinks
You even get Victorian era glassware and ice pot to pour your drinks in
There’s also a small desk with chair if you ever need do a little work inside the room
