The Dawin Bangkok is a newly renovated hotel right on Soi Nana (Soi 4) which offers perfectly adequate accommodations for single travelers that wish to be near the biggest red light district of Thailand Nana Plaza. Walking distance is just under than 10 minutes with no shortage of bars, clubs, massage joints, restaurants, 7/11’s, etc. on the way there. You will find 3 types of rooms at the Dawin: Standard, superior and deluxe. I booked their cheapest “Standard room” so all the pictures you see below are from that category. While a little on the small side at 23 sq.m. their standard room was immaculate and surprisingly very quiet despite its location so near from Nana Entertainment Plaza. Room has a wooden floor and dark wood finishes make up most of the furniture with at it’s center a nice flat-screen TV offering a plenty English channels among the 80 or so in total. The Dawin Bangkok amenities include a roof top swimming pool that gets sun for most of the day but closes early at 6pm. Single guys looking for fun in Bangkok make up the huge majority of guests at the Dawin, so the staff are very accommodating and used to see men come and go daily with their newly found companions. Great not to have to deal with Taxis or Tuk-Tuk drivers and have The World’s Largest Adult Playground only a few minutes walk away from your hotel.

You will find have coffee/tea making facilities with free water on top of the mini bar
Inside the closet there is the room electronic safe which only big enough to fit an IPad
The bathroom is also impeccably clean and equipped with a glass enclosed shower
The roof top swimming pool has sun for most of the day but closes early at 6pm.
