The Baywalk residence enjoys a great location on Beach road and is quite close to Walking Street. The Executive Nouveau room I booked was of decent size and kept quite clean with no wear and tear, there’s a little couch & table area next to the bed if you wanna when you want to grab a beer and watch the TV, room also all have a balcony, in my case overlooking the Pattaya Baywalk. Bathroom while small in size has both a tub and shower. Sea facing breakfast area with plenty of greenery around is quite refreshing, the open corridor concept gives resort type feel. The Baywalk Residence Guest Friendly Policy: I was never able to get a reply from their online website so I had to call them up before booking, but all is good the Baywalk Residence is confirmed Guest Friendly as I have tested their policy myself.
